Hi Ronnie! We got the Neo paws package yesterday and I believe you were correct, the XXS was the way to go on the size. It seems to fit snug. Attached is a photo of Perrita in her new NeoPaws summer support boot for her broken paw. She is very comfortable with it and has a lot more agility with it on. We plan to go swimming with it today for it will be 113F in Mesa, Arizona. HOT!! Thank you so much for your assistance. You have another loyal customer! Scott Drews
